Identity, Locked In.

LatchID is being built as a single sign-on layer you can trust — one account, used wherever you choose to let it in. The full platform isn't live yet, but it's on its way.

Bring your own identity. We're rolling out support for OIDC across partner platforms gradually, starting with services that support OIDC and OAuth login. If a service you use doesn't support it yet, that's next on the list.

What's coming

01

One account

Sign in once and use the same identity anywhere LatchID is supported.

Standard protocols

OIDC and OAuth 2.0, so it works with any service that lets you pick your login provider.

Branded sign-in

Organisations get their own login on a brand.latchid.org subdomain, or their own domain.

Self-service apps

Enterprise teams register and manage their own OAuth/OIDC applications with role-based access.

Our own engine

02

LatchID runs on authentik today. Behind the scenes we're building our own auth engine from the ground up — matching everything off-the-shelf identity providers do, then going further where they stop.

Multi-tenant
by design
Every organisation gets its own isolated space, while still tying back to one LatchID account — sign in to your org's apps with your work email, no second identity.
One backend
all-in-one
A single core powers auth.latchid.org and every branded login page, so features ship everywhere at once.
Scales out
nodes
New nodes can be brought up when they're needed, keeping sign-in fast and available as LatchID grows.
Built for us
no workarounds
No bending a generic tool to fit. The engine is shaped around how LatchID actually works, for users and organisations alike.
