Core is a free personal login for one person, not a way to run a team. When you need to manage a group of people or accounts, that's what Flagship is for. Need a different mix of features? Build your own plan and we'll price it around what you actually use.

Questions

What counts as an "app"?
Any application or provider you connect to LatchID via OIDC, SAML, or LDAP for single sign-on.
Can our organization just use Core accounts for everyone?
No. Core is a single, individual login, so there's no way to administer, provision, or manage other people's accounts under it. Any organization onboarding a group of users needs Flagship or Flagship+, which include RBAC, groups, and centralized management.
Can I move from Core to Flagship later?
Yes. Reach out any time and we'll help migrate your account and apps over without downtime.
What's the difference between Flagship+ and BYO?
Flagship+ is a fixed bundle at a fixed price. BYO ("Build Your Own") is for teams whose needs don't map cleanly onto Core, Flagship, or Flagship+. You tell us which protocols, app ceiling, domain, and branding options you need, and we price it around that mix instead of a flat rate.
